The Counterattack

Before performing an operation overseas, a group of Iranian commandos are held captive by the enemy and are brought to a special prison in Iraq in order to be interrogated. The movie investigates the mental and psychological characteristics of the captives. Before the ceasefire, this prison was unknown to the international community even to the Red Cross, and no one had been aware of the situation there. When the captives return to the country, the secrets of this prison also got revealed.

گروهی از کماندوهای جان بر کف ایران، قبل از انجام عملیات ایذایی برون مرزی به اسارت در می آیند و به منظور تخلیه اطلاعاتی بلافاصله به یکی بازداشتگاه ویژه در عمق خاک عراق منتقل می شوند. فیلم به خصوصیات روانی و روحی اسرا در بازداشتگاه می پردازد. این بازداشتگاه تا قبل از اجرای آتش بس برای مجامع بین المللی، حتی صلیب سرخ جهانی ناشناخته بود و هیچ کس از وضعیت اسرا در آنجا باخبر نبود. پس از بازگشت آزادگان به میهن اسرار این اردوگاه فاش شد.
