Synopsis

Ezzat is a wealthy family man who is enjoying his life to the fullest. He runs a big and happy family with his wife, daughters, and sons-in-law. He has a perfect life except one small problem. His sons-in-law are not rich enough and this makes Ezzat upset and discontent. As a solution to this problem, Ezzat decides to give some of his wealth to his daughters and sons-in-law. On the day of distributing his wealth, there happens a serious argue among his sons-in-law over Ezzat’s fortune. When Ezzat sees his sons-in-law’s greed and ignominy, he tears his will apart and this makes his sons-in-law sorry for what they did. After a while, Ezzat is sick with a fatal disease and is then urged by his wife to distribute his wealth among his sons-in-law. The second time he is dividing his fortune among his sons-in-law, they seem more well-behaved. The problem this time is that Ezzat’s wife is pregnant. The sonography shows that Shokat is pregnant with three baby boys and this stops the whole fortune distribution. The sons-in-law all get jealous and worried. They are anxious that the would-be born babies will get a bigger share of the inheritence according to Iran’s law. Therefore, they decide to secretly conspire a plan so that Shokat aborts her babies, but every time their plans are thwarted. Two of Ezzat’s grandchildren, Sara and Saman (cousins), are among the most upset about the stoppage of the fortune’s distribution plan. The story is that Sara and Saman’s marriage gets cancelled by the failure of this plan. Comically enough,finally , everything is settled down…the babies are born, the cousins are married and the sons-in-law attain a lot of money.

عزت بخشنده بزرگ خانواده و متمول است، او با همسرش شوکت، دخترانش و دامادهایش روزگار آرامی را می گذراند. تنها دغدغه او شرایط نامساعد مالی دامادهایش است، و به همین جهت در اندیشه راه های مختلفی است تا امکانات رفاهی و مادی مناسبی برای دخترها و دامادهایش فراهم سازد و سرانجام به این نتیجه میرسد که بخشی از اموالش را به دخترها و دامادهایش منتقل کند. در جلسه تنظیم وصیت نامه و تقسیم اموال، بین دامادها بر سر ارثیه درگیری شدیدی پیش می آید و آقای بخشنده خشمگین از چنین رفتاری، وصیت نامه تنظیم شده را پاره میکند که نهایتاً تأسف و پشیمانی دامادها را به بار می آورد. بعد از چندی، آقای بخشنده در پی بیماری سختی، با توصیه همسرش متقاعد میشود که کار خیر، تقسیم بخشی از اموالش بین خانواده را عملی کند. این بار با این که دامادها معقول و منطقی تر به نظر میرسند، اما حادثه دیگری باعث توقف این عمل خیر می شود.سر بزنگاه حال شوکت به هم میخورد و مراجعه او به پزشک نشان می دهد که شوکت خانم حامله است. بدین ترتیب یک بار دیگر تقسیم ارثیه متوقف میشود، بخصوص زمانی که سونوگرافی نشان میدهد که شوکت خانم سه قلو حامله است و همگی شان نیز پسر هستند. دامادها، از ترس اضافه شدن وراث تازه سعی می کنند تا با تمهیداتی کاری کنند که بچه های شوکت خانم سقط شوند. امّا نقشه هایشان بی حاصل می ماند.در این بین دو نوه آقای بخشنده و شوکت خانم، سارا و سامان بیش از سایرین از عملی نشدن وصیتنامه پدربزرگ، ناراحت هستند، چرا که هر بار ازدواج آنها به تعویق می افتد.بالاخره بچه ها به دنیا می آیند، مشکلات مالی دامادها مرتفع شده و عروسی نوه ها، سارا و سامان نیز سر میگیرد….
