When Mehran city is occupied, the commander-in-chief orders to liberate the city. After this command, several psychological wars are started at different fronts to divert the Iraqi army so the Iranian forces can attack the city and take it back from the enemy. پس از تصرف شهر مهران، از سوی فرماندهی کل قوا، دستور آزادسازی این شهر صادر می شود. به دنبال این فرمان جنگ های روانی در محورهای مختلف برای انحراف اذهان ارتش عراق شروع می شود تا قوای ایران بتواند حمله غافلگیرانه خود را برای آزاد ساختن این شهر انجام دهد. «حاج احمد لطفی» برای به راه انداختن یک سری جنگهای روانی و ایذائی وارد یکی از محورهای حساس مجنون میشود. او یک مأموریت محرمانه دارد. با شروع عملیات نگرانی هایی برای معاون این محور پیش می آید که منجر به درگیری با« حاج احمد» می شود. این تنش لحظه به لحظه موقعیت «حاج احمد» را به خطر می اندازد. عملیات ایذائی تا جایی پیش میرود که خود محور در اثر حضور گسترده، نیروهای عراقی در خطر جدی قرارمیگیرد و…
