Hamkhaneh

Mahsa is a young university student struggling to juggle her studies with a part-time job. But when she’s suddenly evicted from her home, things get worse, and her chances of finding an affordable place to live seem impossible. Until, that is, her work-friend Hanieh comes up with an intriguing opportunity. Hanieh’s relative, Ms. Fakhri, needs someone to look after her house while she travels, but would not permit a single woman to live there alone. Desperate, Masha decides to fake a marriage, and a chance encounter with Jamshid provides the opportunity for a fake husband to assist her. As the pair attempt to make the con seem real, farce and misunderstandings ensue in this romantic-comedy.
