A young shepherd falls in love with a girl who is the daughter of the commander-in-chief of Shah Abbas’ corps. The commander finds out about his love and arrests him. Shah Abbas disguises as a mendicant and goes to shepherd’s relatives to find out about the story. He saves the young shepherd at the last minute and brings him to the girl.

چویان جوانی شیفته ی دختر سردار سپاه “شاه عباسی” می شود . سردار متوجّه عشق او به دخترش شده و زندانی اش می¬کند. شاه عباس در کسوت درویش به خانه ی یکی از آشنایان چوپان رفته از ماجرا با اطلاع شده و در آخرین لحظات جوان را از مرگ نجات داده و او را به دختر مورد علاقه اش می رساند .
