Mr. Hekmati is a new teacher who gets transferred to a school downtown. Entering the neighborhood, he encounters a group of youngsters, some of them being his students. He falls in love with one of the student’s sister but there are obstacles along the way of this love, and Mr. Hekmati is forced to leave the neighborhood.

آقای “حکمتی ” معلم تازه ای است که به مدرسه ای درجنوب شهرمنتقل میشود. با ورود به محله با گروهی ازبچه هاکه برخی ازآنها شاگردانش هستند برخوردمیکند. آقای حکمتی عاشق خواهر یکی از شاگردانش میشود. اما موانعی سر راه این عشق وجود دارند و ناچار آقای حکمتی محله را ترک میکند
