When the likeable Reza finally gets a job as a newspaper photographer, there is just one problem. He got his act together too late and the woman he intended to marry, Roya, is now engaged to Masoud. Not someone who lets a little thing like that get in his way, Reza soon teams up with Sara, a former fiancé of Masoud. The two spurned lovers set out to split the new couple up, laying mischief and mayhem in their path in this charming and thoroughly enjoyable romantic comedy. Boasting a great soundtrack there is lots of fun to be had in this caper.

رضا  بعد از دو سال نامزدی با رویا و پس از چندی بیکاری، در روزنامه ای کار پیدا می کند و با شادمانی با رویا تماس می گیرد تا قرار عروسی را بگذارند، ولی رویا با او برخورد سردی می کند، چون به پیشنهاد مادرش با جوانی پولدار به نام مسعود نامزد کرده و می خواهد با او به شمال برود

Reza works as a reporter for a cinema magazine,and because of his weak financial condition, the parents of his beloved girl Roya do not approve of him. Instead, they want her to marry a wealthy young model who owns his own fashion shop. When he invites them to the north of Iran for a vacation, they do not hesitate to accept. Reza also follows them and resides in a villa in their neighborhood. But the villa has another earnest customer, a young woman named Sarah. Ghazanfar, the proprietary manager, decides to rent the villa to them both in order to earn more money. Reza and Sarah constantly argue with  each other  but they also have the same interest. Sarah is there to spy her fiancé, the model, and Reza is there for the same reason, to follow Roya.Day after day, they care less about the house where Roya and the model are staying, and they feel more attracted to each other. They fall for each other and forget about their past loves.

رضا که خبرنگار یک مجله ی سینمایی است به جهت این که مال و منالی ندارد مورد توجه والدین دختر مورد علاقه اش «رؤیا» نیست. آنها تصمیم دارند تا دخترشان را به ازدواج جوان متمولی که مدل لباس است و خود مزون دارد، در آورند و وقتی نیز او از آنها برای سفری به شمال دعوت می کند، لحظه ای درنگ نمی کنند. رضا، در تعقیب محبوبش راهی شمال شده و سعی می کند تا در ویلایی مقابل محل اقامت «رؤیا» و همراهان، اقامت کند. امّا ویلا یک خواستار جدی و پیگیر دیگر نیز دارد، زن جوانی به نام «سارا» که سعی می کند به هر ترتیب رضا را از دور خارج کند. اما غضنفر مدیر معاملات ملکی، برای کسب درآمد بیشتر، ویلا به هر دو واگذار می کند!…. «رضا» و «سارا» در ویلا دائماً درگیر می شوند. اما در یک مورد تفاهم کامل دارند، آن هم زیر نظر گرفتن خانه ای که رضا، محبوبه اش در آن است و سارا که می خواهد نامزدش (صاحب مزون) را تحت نظر داشته باشد، اما طی روزها رفته رفته از حساسیت و دقت هر دو در مراقبت خانه ی مربوطه کاسته می شود، چه آن دو باور می کنند که علاقمند یکدیگر هستند، پس «رؤیا» و نامزدش را به خودشان واگذار می کنند!….
