«لم لعلی» با خرسش وارد کوچه « خورشید» در حومه شرق تهران می شود. مرد که عاشقانه بچه ها را دوست دارد سعی میکند با رقصاندن خرس گرد غم را از دل اهالی محل بزداید. اما آقای کمالی که صاحب تنها خانه نوساز محل است، علم مخالفت با حضور «لم لعلی» و خرس را در محله به دست میگیرد و مبارزه بین آنها آغاز می شود. با نفوذ «کمالی»، «لم لعلی» و خرس توسط «ژاندارم محله» دستگیر می شود، اما با حمایت و عکس العمل اهالی محله، پاسگاه ناچار از آزادی «لم لعلی» و خرسش می شود.
