Gole Yakh

Ice Flower is a re-imagining of the classic Iranian film King of Hearts (1968), telling the story of a girl who escapes from her abusive family and the threat of an arranged marriage. She decides instead to marry her a true love. An earthquake throws their lives into disarray as the young woman suffers a head injury resulting in amnesia and is separated from her husband. The story follows the couple rebuilding their lives separately. Will they find their way back to each other? This gripping drama explores themes of love, loss and identity.
